Exploring Multi-Disciplinary Models for Legal Problem Resolution

This goal of this research is to examine multi-disciplinary models that contribute to improving access to justice and legal problem resolution.

The “Multi-Disciplinary Models for Legal Problem Resolution” research initiative seeks to examine programs and services that address both the non-legal and legal dimensions of civil and family justice matters.  Multi-disciplinary approaches to legal problem resolution have grown in popularity in recent years. This research aims to identify the successes, strengths, challenges and, to the extent possible, costs and savings produced by these models.

This research is funded by the Canadian Foundation for Legal Research.
